In my journey in the Marine Corps, I’ve seen the value of how building a strong team directly corresponds to achieving excellent results on the battlefield. I also became convinced that leadership through a service-oriented mindset was the surest way to positively impact an organization and its people. As a founder and CEO/CFO, I’ve taken my leadership experience and teams-based approach to success and implemented it in a way that brings extreme value to our clients and provides first-class service on each project. My regular duties involve over-seeing decision-making and management and leading the charge on developing strategies for improving our company’s performance. I’m highly passionate about making a difference for our clients, vendors, and community and look forward to working with you soon! Peter Guerrero – COO/Sales
Hello, my name is Peter, a field inspector and project manager at Warrior Roofing. Prior to entering the industry, I served as a radio operator in the Marine Corps. This experience taught me that communication is integral to the success of any operation. As a founder and COO of Warrior Roofing, I truly enjoy providing my clients with an experience where they can sit back and know how to fight for them. Laura Guerrero – Insurance Coordinator

Her forte is advocacy and resolution pertaining to property damage and catastrophic losses, home loss mitigation and prevention, customer satisfaction and relations.
